Úbeda and Baeza,
World Heritage City

Its based in a privilage area only a few steps.

from the main tourist attractions in the town

Our city, Úbeda

Our city is a Jaén municipality, capital of the Loma region. Surrounded by a sea of olive trees and unparalleled cultural wealth thanks to the vestiges left by the Renaissance in the city.

The high content of cultural assets and the good conservation of its many Renaissance buildings made it declare a World Heritage City by UNESCO in 2003.

Its unique urban environment invites the traveler to get lost in its streets, squares, ... Endless palaces, churches, convents, ... transport you to another era. Monuments such as the Sacred Chapel of El Salvador, the Santiago´s Hospital, the Basilica of Santa María la Mayor or the emblematic Church of San Pablo are the obligatory stops that will be left speechless.

Where to eat or “tapear”? The wide gastronomic offer will fill the "crop" with good quaility products of the land. Calle Real host most of the restaurants and taverns, although in the most recondite place you can stop along the way and enjoy the "ligá"(as we say here) where you can get your drink and a tapa, the latter totally free .

If you want to enjoy nature, the nearby Sierra de Cazorla, Segura and las Villas offer the opportunity to see such spectacular places as the source of the Guadalquivir River, or enjoy a boat trip on the Tranco reservoir. Hiking trails, adventure sports and endless activities are waiting for you.

Úbeda and its region will make you fall in love. We do not say it to say, just try and you will not want to go. We are in a privileged environment, close to charming villages, such as Baeza or Sabiote, Cazorla and Las Villas, ... and a city like our location that will catch you. You just have to let you go.
